Beresford Creek Executive Center is a multi-building office and flex space development with front loaded office space and rear warehouse space as need per Tenant’s needs. The size of spaces are flexible and range from 1,600 SF up to 32,000 SF. Build-outs can include an open office environment with minimal offices or a mix of mostly offices with the typical reception, conference room, work room and break area. Landlord will build out the tenant space allowing a $40.00 per square foot allowance for construction of the interior of the premises above the building standard shell. Landlord will design the interiors to Tenant specifications and build out the premises to a move-in ready condition.
